Information we process
CarMovi has no developer-operated application backend. Playlists, favorites, bookmarks and settings are primarily stored on your device. Websites and media services you choose receive network requests, your IP address and information you submit to them.
The in-app browser stores cookies and website data. Searches that are not web addresses are sent to Google. You can clear website data in the app; bookmarks are managed separately. Clearing local data does not erase records held by third parties.
When you start screen broadcasting, the app processes your screen and app audio and sends them to your selected receiver. Your screen may contain notifications or personal information. Connect only to trusted devices and use system controls to stop broadcasting. The current broadcast feature does not process microphone audio.
Firebase and Meta
The third-party SDKs planned for the app are Google Firebase and Meta Facebook SDK. Collection depends on the modules enabled in your app version and your permissions.
- Firebase supports usage analytics, crash reporting and A/B testing. It processes app interactions, device and app versions, installation or app-instance identifiers, crash diagnostics and experiment assignments to improve stability and usability.
- Meta Facebook SDK is used only to measure installations and advertising effectiveness, not Facebook Login. It processes installation and necessary app events, device and app information, network information and permitted identifiers. Advertising identifiers requiring tracking permission are used only after authorization.
We obtain consent where required and honor withdrawal. Tracking that requires Apple's permission is subject to its authorization process. Refusing tracking does not prevent core playback. Processing may occur outside your country; applicable safeguards and consent requirements apply. We rely on consent where required and otherwise on applicable grounds for providing, securing and improving the service and responding to requests.

Retention and your choices
Local data remains until you remove it or the app. Backups and third-party copies may remain. Broadcasting may create temporary buffers and is not a permanent recording service.
Support emails and attachments are used to handle your request and retained only as needed for that purpose and legal obligations. Do not send passwords or access tokens. SDK data is retained according to its purpose, service configuration and applicable law. Firebase crash records and associated identifiers are generally kept for 90 days before deletion begins; analytics and experiment data follow configured retention periods. Uninstalling does not erase data already sent to providers. Contact us to request deletion.
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, withdraw consent, object to or restrict processing, and complain to your local authority. Email us; we respond within applicable legal deadlines. We do not ask for your media-account password to verify a request. You can manage tracking permission in iOS Settings.
This website
Cloudflare hosts this support website and may process IP addresses, browser information and request logs to deliver and secure it. This website has no advertising or analytics trackers. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
Age and changes
CarMovi is intended for people aged 13 and above worldwide. Higher local consent ages and parental-permission requirements still apply. Contact us if you believe we have improperly processed a child's information.
We will provide appropriate notice of material changes and seek renewed consent when required.
