Using CarMovi
CarMovi is a media player, not a provider of channels or a film library. Only add and play files, playlists and sources you have permission to use. Do not infringe others' rights, obtain accounts unlawfully or bypass content or device security restrictions.
You must be at least 13 and meet any higher local consent age or parental-permission requirements.
Free use
CarMovi is currently free, with no subscriptions or automatic renewal. Your network provider and chosen third-party content services may charge separately. Any future paid offering will be explained before you choose it; you will not be enrolled automatically.
Playback and safety
Playback, casting, subtitles and other features depend on the app version, system, device, network and content source. Not all vehicle systems, formats or protected content support playback or mirroring.
Drivers must not watch video or use distracting features while driving. Follow local road-safety laws and do not bypass vehicle or system safety restrictions. Check the receiver and content before broadcasting.
Third parties and privacy
Websites and media sources are operated by their providers and may change or become unavailable. We do not guarantee their accuracy or availability. This does not remove responsibilities we have under applicable law.
Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. You retain your rights in your content. Using the player does not give us a general license to sell your content or use it for advertising or model training.
License and responsibility
Apps obtained through the App Store are licensed under Apple's Standard EULA. Open-source components retain their respective licenses.
You can stop using and delete the app. We may update the service for maintenance and security and will give appropriate notice of material changes. Deleting the app does not automatically delete backups or third-party data.
We provide the service with reasonable care but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limit your mandatory consumer rights and remedies.
